Fermoy & Mitchelstown Fire Brigades attended a serious fire in the town of Fermoy recently. Initial call was to a fire domestic. On arrival at the scene it was dicovered that the fire involved a number of shed at the back of a number of houses and was spreading rapidly and a number of occupied houses were in danger. It was decided that exta man power and appliances were required which resulted in Mitchesltown being dispatched to incident also.
Here are a few pictures of the incident I took on my way home from work with also a little assitance from the local Gardaí.
